COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Race Timing
- Ray Rayl 5k follow up discussion. Bob Lauderdale stated we had a very good turn out but wishes more club members would participate. The finish clock battery went dead half way through the event. It was agreed the batteries should be replaced every two years.
- Toyota wants the club to time their event next year. Dates discussed
- We will time the Thanksgiving day 5k
- We have a signed contract to time the Jingle Bell 5k
- Nick Tenbarge working on problems with the lap top and will advise as what we need to do.

Web Page
- Changes made were discussed and everyone please. Chad Hartman is doing an excellent job.

Banquet
- Tom Anderson is still checking into a speaker.
- Bob Lauderdale will take care of the trophy order
- The date is set for February 4
- Agreed to discuss food planning with Bob Head.

Race Calendar
- Jerry Walker would like to be able to list 2006 races on the web site. Will follow up with Chad.

Newsletter
- Jerry Seddon is asking that articles for the next issue be in by December 23rd

Step Up Club
- Carol says the club is dong very well as many schools have very large groups.

Old Business

- Final discussion on posting minutes on the club web site. The vote was taken and approved to continue posting club minutes on the web site

- New Years Eve Triple Event planning is going well and should be a big fund raiser for us.

- Jim Effinger inquired on the status of Joe Williams’s research on co-coordinating race dates. We will follow up.
