Race for the Cure will be be held next on Septermber 28, 2013. Proposed start time is 9:00am.

To best prepare for your race, the GERWC offers group training runs for all members.  This training begins with the Spring time change and ends with the Fall time change each year (to avoid the winter months and inclement weather).  

We meet every Tuesday at the Evansville State Hospital in the parking lot.  5:30 PM for warm-up and speed work starts at 6:00 PM.  

Refreshments and food are provided.
